When we created the company, customer satisfaction was one of our primary motivations – and that has not changed.
All three of the company’s founders are bioinformatics experts, and our past professional experience allowed us to identify two key challenges facing a number of laboratories:
We wanted to provide a solution for scientists in response to these challenges, which is why we have developed and marketed a tool to simplify the management of digital data.
Firm believers in the benefits of joining forces, we embrace a collaborative approach to better develop an effective, relevant solution. Additionally, by working with and paying constant attention to our customers, we are able to guarantee that our product is reliable and will meet your needs.
We know that the success of our solution depends on industry expertise, technical excellence, and clear communication. With our experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, our Research and Development team works every day to improve Inquiro so that it will always remain at the cutting edge.
It is the creative energy of our teams, working in an enthusiastic and dynamic environment that drives DEXSTR. This culture has allowed us to develop one of our greatest strengths: adaptability.
An innovative company founded by three bioinformatics experts
David, who has degrees in molecular biology, biochemistry and bioinformatics, has been working on IT projects in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 15 years.
After gaining experience working in public laboratories, David joined the Sanofi laboratories, where he was involved in a number of projects, including the implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebooks. He also co-directed the activities of the Research & Early Development Data Platform.
He went on to head up Sanofi’s R&D Translational Medicine Platform project, managing support, coordination and development for 3 years. At the same time, he was also in charge of Sanofi’s first Big Data R&D project.
Erwan holds degrees in molecular biology, genomics and bioinformatics. For more than 12 years, he has managed bioinformatics projects for major pharmaceutical groups. At the start of his career, he redesigned chemical compound logistics from robotic control to multi-site synchronization.
He later put in place an Enterprise Data Warehouse (multiple terabytes of chemical entities and biological results).
Florian earned a degree in bioinformatics and data management, and then went on to earn a business degree from the Toulouse Business School.
After working as the eMarketing Project Manager for one of the cosmetics brands of the Pierre Fabre group, he began his career in bioinformatics and became involved in a range of projects, including compound logistics, electronic lab notebooks and biological data capture.
Today he is in charge of DEXSTR’s sales, marketing and operational team.
When they were working together on the same Big Data project at Sanofi, David, Erwan, and Florian became aware of the challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry in light of the explosive increase in data volumes. It became clear to them that a tool was needed to connect all laboratory solutions in order to support today’s scientists on a daily basis. And so DEXSTR was born.
DEXSTR’s founders are supported by a team of dynamic and proactive experts who share their values and are sensitive to the needs of their customers, seeking to provide a tailor-made solution that remains at the cutting edge of technology.
